Woohooooo!

Today I finally researched emissions laws in Colorado =]
Turns out I live in a county that does not require emmissions, so I went and got my registration today.
Got a couple questions though, I'm sure you guys will be able to answer them =].

How involved is a carb rebuild? Is it something I can do over 2 days? 4? Are there any special tools I need to buy/make?
Has anyone used the carb rebuild kit from Mazdatrix? Does it come with good instructions and does the kit come with everything you need? When I'm done will I have to take the carb in to get in rejetted or anything?
Is there anything I else I should do while I'm rebuilding the carb?
Is there a nice link too information about rebuilding the carb?

How hard is it too remove all the emmision control stuff?
Is it possible too put it back (if I were too sell the car or move somehwere with emissions laws?)
Are there any drawbacks, or compensations I have too make when I remove the emission stuff?
Is there anything else I should do while I'm removing all the emmission stuff?
Is there a nice link to more information on removing the emissions stuff?

Basically I'm hoping that after rebuilding the carb and removing the emissions stuff I will be better able to diagnose any problems (not holding an idle, etc.) and hopefully fix them and get my car running like a top. Is this a fair assumption?

I'm in a pretty good mood today especially since school is now over for me, and I don't have too buy a new cat.
