Well today after getting off a long hard shitty day of work I decide to take the 'long' (heh drive around look for ppl to *** with) way home... so im cruising I turn onto N Ocean Ave. and I see a beautiful Red 2nd gen vert musta been 87 or 88 cause of taillights, I get stopped at a light in my pursuit, luckily a few seconds of WOT later and im behind him at the next light, i rev my engine he sees me in his rear view mirror smiling and im ear to ear with anticipation (This being my cars first up close & personal encounter with another RX-7 and my car still has never raced anyone before) So we shoot off! and nothing cause the next light a few 100 ft is red so he pulls to the right and we are both stopped but while we are both rulling up to it its green so we both floor it! We were pretty even but i began to pull ahead!!!! in 4th gear at about 6k rpms i had at least 2 or 3 cars on him so i slow down, and he gains and i decide wtf lets keep on goin so resume the WOT and hes now a car behind me at my rear fender... theres some traffic commin so i slow down and hes drivin all crazy like passin em on the shoulder so i wait for it to clear and get back in front of him again! than theres a main intersection ahead so i stomp the breaks just incase there might be a cop anbd my turn off is up ahead so i get off and im ear to ear with adrenalin pumpin and psyched that my car got its first kill and it was even against a rotary!

It was def a nice 2nd gen had a dual exhaust that I could hear over mine, shiny paint (musta been new) and had some body kit applied to the rear that i noticed but didnt get a chance to see the side or front, it was nice tho, and i still cant belive it happened!

Watch that weaving in traffic and driving on the shoulder **** though. I back off as soon as the other guy start hinting that he has some loose marbles rolling around.
