Wiring mess!

Well, after my mods are finished (what is in sig) I plan on the dual ignitors mod. Seeing how i pre-plan (somewhat :P), i caught a glimpse at this. would this spell trouble? talk about another rats nest..

also noticing wires that have no connection...

so you got it fired up yet?? i have been watching your threads and all just wondering if you made any head way?? A piece of advice i would like to share with you is if you dont have it running, get it running first with what is there before you tackle anything new. This is not meant to be taken the wrong way just a little bit i learned from my 79, i went to far to early and ended up have to replace the entire wiring system, literal every wire in the car. it set me back a bit of money and a lot of time. basically the car is now where it was a year ago and still working out the bugs before i do any othermods

no, still not fired up. waiting on the carb gasket and jets, exhaust gasket, throttle cable linkage, muffler, exhaust piping, and an air filter, not to mention OMP block off plate. That is all that comes to mind right now. These last few months i have been gathering parts.. i orininally only wanted a new carburetor, but that means new fuel pump and regulator... so i might as well replace the lines and filter while i am down there. Then the manifold wouldnt fit over the thermal reactor, so I needed a header. got the header, but nothing else on the exhaust fits, so I have to get some piping done. got the carb off ebay, and put in streetport jetting in a stockport engine. lol, smooth on my part. then the linkage is on the wrong side, and it is the wrong linkage anyways, so I need to get one. plus I think someone put on a different alternator on my car, cause it is freakin HUGE. I cant even run a filter on it, it is so in the way. plus bad_83 reccomended a dual alt pully, which will be coming soon after i recieve my gauge pillar/RB oil pressure and temp plate and gauges.

this car is a mess but I love her so much. haha.

Wow. We all had to start somewhere, but all that rust hurts my soul. Good luck, dude.
