Wiring Harness ???s, and story
Well, my FB is finally back on the road. This is a 1983 GSL that was bought from a mechanic as a backup shell for me and a buddies race car. It sat for two years, then he wanted to get rid of it, we horse traded and I got. It is a beautiful shade of faded Turd brown(which would explain my gf calling it doodoo). lol Anyway rebuilt the carb, removed the rats nest, replaced the fuel tank, removed all the carpet to fix some rust, removed and home powdercoated the front control arms and tension rods, all new bushing up front, second gen seats, 2GDLFI, second gen fuse block.
Anyway, after driving it, I forgot how much fun these cars were on the street. zinging to 7.5-8K, blasting around corners, with some worn out Hoosier DOTs. I had a next door neighbors kid, who had been ribbing me about how this old worn out car with only 100hp would get spanked by his neon. Then I took him for a ride. He wasn't talking as much then. I let him drive it back, and he learned about manual steering quickly.LOL
Now for the question. I bought a 1985 GS shell, all rust free, and am wanting to build that one into the street sleeper. did all the cars use the same wiring harness? What I am trying to ask, the shell has manual windows, some other stuff. Does the GS have the connections for stuff like this, though just not plugged in?
Cheers

At one point I thought they all came with the same harness, my 85 GS does not have the PW window harness. They are a seperate harness for each side that can be sourced from a parts cars though. You will need the window switches and harness for that too.
As far as compatability between the S2 and S3's, don't know.
