after pulling 2 engines and reinstalling one i noticed how much of a PITA the wiring was around the top of the engine...so i was wondering has anyone takin a large plug or some conectors of some sort and put them in so u can just unplug the harness near the engine instead of having to yank the entire wiring harness out??

 

never done this, but it sounds like a jolly good idea.

 

yeah im thinking about doing it somtime this week. anyone interested? also anyone know how many wires are ther? im gonna try and look for a plug that you can get cheap/fairly easy.

 

just noticed that you have an SE, going to be a lot of wires!

 

yeah but in the long run it will be nice. i mean i dont wanna have 2 take my intake off everytime i yank the engine. also i will be changing my tranny soon how hard is it 2 unbolt and drop w/o yanking the engine?
