Windows Down, Seat Belt Flappin
OK, what' the solution to the passenger seatbelf flapping issue when the windows are down? Ive tried to buckle the seat belt, i've tried to tie it around the head rest, I've even tried shoving a small child in between the belt and the wall... nothing works.

I love that commercial..
You could go to the Hon-Duh boys shop and get those "padded/racing/Type-R" covers that go over the seatbelt to protect the shoulder.
Or, Stand up like a man, and wipe it with your hand. (When you're out of Toilet Paper)
OOOH, that would look so bad ***, some bright yellow shoulder straps... then some neon water sprayers for the front windsheild... then some chinese letters across the side of the front the car at an angle... and a giant dragon in the back window...

OK, j/k... let's not get a ricer flame going here...

Its not the only car that does by the way, a lot of cars do this
You may want to try running the belt behind the seat and then buckling it. I don't know if this is possible, but it seems like it would work. If not, unravel the belt completely and secure it behind the passenger seat with something like a CD case or a tire iron.
However, the 5 point harness suggestion is probably the best route. You'd be the envy of every ricer in your city.
