so both my power windows are getting stuck/falling out of the tracks. whats wrong with them and what parts do i need to fix them

 

have you pulled off the door panels and looked at them yet?
sometimes bolts just need to be tightened or rail grooves cleaned.
possibly new rails or regulaters.

 

New glass run channels work wonders.
I tried everything, but the channels were the magical cure. All the adjustments made were set back to near factory with the new channels and my windows work awesome. Go up faster than ever.

For the price of the channels, I wouldnt even bother playing with settings again.

This is assuming the regulators are in good shape....

 

Besides needing the standard window channels, rubbers, etc replaced. There is a window improvement thread.

i took the door panels off and rolled them down for some reason the window is jumping out of the front curved track. im asume i need new regulators then. mine have a small amount of play in them
