Yes. You also need the SA bumper shocks and SA metal pieces on each side below the bumper and the lip.

You can still buy FB fenders new from Mazda, and the're fairly cheap from what I remember of a recent thread.

80's pricing, and the crazy part, THEY STILL MAKE THEM.
