Not directly,but anything can be made to work with enough research and parts swapping.

Clutch/pressure plate size will be wrong along with the spline count and theres no garuantee the ring gear will mesh with a 1st gen starter.There is probably a clutch set out there with the right dimensions and spline count to adapt a S5-S6 flywheel to an S3 tranny,but how much experimentation are you willing to put up with?

Also it's not really worth it, thats basically a no name flywheel. If you really want a lightweight flywheel check out the racing beat units. The extra money is worth it.
