Widest 13" rim/tire combo on 85 base model without modifying fenders

What is the widest 13 inch combo i can run? I'm looking for a good set of autocross rims/tires for CSP, and don't want to have to modify the fenders. I am planning on sticking with 13's. I was looking at 13x6.5s or 13x7s with 215/50-13 ecsta v710s. would i have to roll the fenders for these? I was also looking at 13x8s with 235/45-13 ecsta v700s. Any ideas?

Here is a pic of a set of Revolution wheels I have. I'm not sure about the width of the rim, but they are at least 7" wide, never had the tires off. The tires are 225/45D/13 Hoosier autocrosser's. Tread is at least 8-1/2" wide

And believe it or not, the car is lowered. The tires and wheels were put on just for a pic to see what they looked like.

I have 13x7 Revolutions with 225/45-13 Hoosiers. The car is lowered about 2". The backspacking on the wheels is 4". No rubs except occasionally on the sway bar.
