Normally Japanese tuners have better taste than that. I'm disappointed.

 

Maybe in Japan, they also have uh....."immigrants" that put more time into the body mods than the performance!

Yeah, my wife said the same thing. She said it meant "crazy driver". There was also a word that meant "modified car", but I don't recall what it was.
