I think spraying them yourself is the best option. Or let some1 else spray them.

Cutting springs to lower them isn't the best solution. A good lowered spring will also be "harder" to avoid bottoming out. Plenty of people cut coils, but I find it a bit stupid, considering springs aren't really expensive: RB ones sell for $50 front, $42 rear, so less then 200 for quality parts. For us in Europe it's way more complicated.$200 becomes about 350-400 because of shipping and taxes...
Anyway, should you only want "yellow": have yours sandblasted and powdercoated yellow. Nice, even finish, and not too expensive. Spray paint might not be as durable, but it is of course the cheapest solution.
They still won't be lowered, of course...

If you were to cut your springs, use "coil-stabilizers" They're small clamps used to completely compress the center section of the springs to spread the area above and below the compressed area apart. This stiffens up the springs after they're cut.

T.J. is right, I want to know what brand they are. I already know what to do if I wanted to power coat springs, or know what the pros and cons of cutting springs.

My question again is which company sells yellow coated lowering springs. The reason I'm asking is that someone is trying to sell a set and I have no idea who manufactures them.

I had a set of those yellow springs. The guy I bought them from said he got them from Toysport in Gardena. I'd always wondered what they were also.
