Who got a 79-80 RX-7

Alright, who has a 79-80 RX-7 nad had aftermarket wheels. I cant find any, or any other cars with same bolt pattern.

I believe we have the 4x110, but correct me if im wrong!

I like the aftermarket wheels on my car, but I want wider tires. If any of you know where to find some, please let me know!

Thanks ahead of time, and let the "Rotary Revolution" continue!

i have a 79, and an 80

aftermarket wheels that fit:

ROH Snypers (on my car)
Panasports
Kosei K1 Racing
Enkei (older mesh looking ones)

thats all that really comes to mind, the 4x110mm bolt pattern sucks ***.

I got a 79 myself and I'll be getting a set of Diamond Star Racing wheels soon. 15x8 in the rear and I don't know what I'll get for the front yet. I just need some fatter rear wheels and tires for right now.

I have a full set of 4 American Racing 6-spoke machined aluminum wheels for my 80LS that I just took off and removed rubber. These were the US-musclecar type design with 6-spokes, black allen-head 'screws' around the outside edge, and gold accent paint inside of the spoke holes. They are polished aluminum rim with machined finish on the center and spokes, and 4x110 - a hard pattern to find, but got them at SuperShops back when they were in business (Phx, AZ).

Keep looking, they're out there.

I'm not so sure that 8" wide rims will fit under the wheelwells without flares.

What size are your current tires? the fronts look pretty wide in the pic. I'm running a set of 225/50 Hoosier autocross slicks on Revolution 13x7 race wheels. The setup is for race only, but the rear tires are flush with the side of the car. The fronts stick out about 1/2 inch and will turn lock to lock. My advice is to go wider in the rear only. Before you buy anything, measure your clearances. There's nothing worse than buying a set of tires that don't fit and that you can't return.
