Where's that go?

I couldn't find a manual at any local stores, and I need some help. There is a cable just in front of the brake fluid rez on my 84. I can't figure out where to put it. I just got the car yesterday, and not everything is hooked up. I gotta get this thing on the road!

Look in the FAQ thread for links to the online manuals. Theres up to 4 cables in that area. Can you be more specific?

I'll look for the mans. thanx.

The cable I'm refering too is directly in front of my brake fluid rez. it is hooked to a oddly shaped box with an electrical connector. The box is near the driverside shock mounting place. Sorry for the poor terminology, Im getting there.

Where's that go/ what's that do.

There was a linkage piece not attached to the carb. I saw it when I removed the air pump. It goes down in front of the engine and moves up/down with the primaries. What does it do/can it cause poor running?
