you could just get 2" adapters to space the wheels out. i had a 1.25" spacer on my FC for my wheels to fit flush. check out adaptitusa.com or even ebay.

What? no, they are fairly light. The "heaviest" option i beleive is a 15x18 that weighs 29lbs.

cool. i always though they were heavy.

They are pretty light, I believe me 14 x 7 were just over 12 pounds

Specs anyone on proper offset for a set of 15X8 or 15X9s? Trying to get some more rubber under my fenders. Fenders are rolled.

wheel shopping

this is the same thing im going through, i really want to put 15's on my '83

the problem i have is finding anything in 15" 4x110

i've actually been thinking about getting an adapter converting it to a 5x114.3 which as far as i know is the standard bolt pattern for both FC and FD's

and all of the rims that i think would look real nice on the 7 don't have 5x114.3 options until you hit 17", which is a little much for me, 15" are enough on first gen's

From what I have been reading on the forum, members are recommending a +20 offset. Can anyone confirm?

From what I've gathered as well, 15x8+20 will fit flush, or pretty close.
