Ok, so I have put lots of thought into the matter, and have nearly committed myself to the job of a TII swap once I find a winter beater. My question is where can I find a good turbo II engine (preferably a 89+ but earlier isnt out of the question yet). I know this is a ton of work and includes a lot of custom fabricating but I just want to know if ebay is a decent place to get a TII or should I just steer clear, if so where should I start looking for an engine, as I live up in winnipeg, mb and I highly doubt there will be anything good like that kickin around. If ebay isnt out of the question anyone know a good supplier or something, thanks.

 

Search google, little nickel(whatever free little paper you have locally), rotary shack, atkins rotary ect.

I think that it has been discussed quite a few times already...so(hint hint)...you could search this forum section as well!

I too would like to know the place to get a TII. I know the best way is from an entire car (extra goodies like brakes). Should I perfer USDM over JDM? does it matter?

 

Oh, also Im talking full long block with wiring harness and ecu if possible, and transmission, unless just the engine and goodies can be found for a considerably cheaper price
