Where do the coolant hoses go that run from the w/p housing& the rear iron on a SE?

Where do the coolant hoses go that run from the w/p housing& the rear iron on a SE?
okay gus i finally finished my rebuild on my gsl se motor its back in the car, now i have a few minor issues.. iwhere does the coolant line out of the water pump housing run to? and where does the coolant line from the rear iron run too? also im not quite sure if my timing marks are right how can i be sure im at top dead center?

The one from the water pump goes to the thermal water sensor nipple on the throttle body that faces towards the right fender. The one from the rear iron goes to the thermal water sensor nipple that faces towards the rear iron.
To verify TDC there is a thread or threads that go over this and can be found by using either the term(s) TDC or timing marks.
