Wheels for an 82 RX

I just bought an 82 RX-7, and want to swap the wheels, but every site i go to only has wheels listed for 86 and later (tire rack, tires.com, etc).

Are the wheels for 86 and later a different size, or would they work.

Thanks

unless you have a GSL-SE all first gens (79-85) are 4X110 which is a hard size to find.

So to answer your question, no they wouldn't work.

The GSL-SE was only out in 84-85 and had an standard pattern of 4x4.5"

All other first gens had 4x110mm
