Wheel width and offset for flares

Hello people,

I need some help selecting wheels and tires, I have some 31.75mm (1.125") adapters to convert to a 114.3 pattern (4.5"), not sure where to start. I have been trying to do some of my own math but I am still kinda puzzled about how to choose the correct wheel offset and width. I would like to use a 215 on the rear or larger, and a 205 on the front or larger. In a 15" Rim size, I have a 14x7 celica supra wheel that has a +8 offset and it seems a little shy of where it should be for the flares. So what width should I shoot for?

If anyone has flares could you measure the from the outside of the flare to the outside of the fender?

Also if you have flares installed could you post a picture and list what width and offset you are using

this is the best calculator I have found so far http://marksink.com/tire_wheel_offset/offset.html

You can fit 205 and 215 tyres without flares
I have them on 17"s with no trouble, just have rolled guards
If you go to 4x114.3 it's fairly easy to find +40 offset rims

Well thanks for the input, I actually want flares, that is the main reason why I am trying to see what fitment I will need
