Wheel spacer/adapter intrest?

I am going to make wheel spacer/adapters for my car and If there is some interest I will put them into production and sell them. I have 2 CNC's a lathe a mill, everything. I am not sure exactly how far it will push them out but i can switch it to 4 X 114.3 or 5 X 114.3 (I think) They will be aluminum and they will be cheaper than CP (Dont have a set price) and I will ship them out once the payment is recieved. Post or PM if you are interested.
Thanks,
Charlie

I think there would be a demand.... Pretty much anyone that wants aftermarket rims needs them.

Make a dual pattern hub for the FC turbo hub so people can go between patterns and have the big brake conversion and still have 4x110, 4x114, 5x114 or any mix that they would need. I like my Epsilons and will never sell them, I am going to have my rear axles dual drilled when I order them from Moser. That way I can drift 4x114 and still DD on the Epsilons. That's the way I would do it. Brake rotors are another issue yet to be address'd.

I would make them so they have press in studs and use lug nuts. That way you don't have to put threads into aluminum which is soft and could be easily stripped. . As far as what thread, I would recomend 12mmx1.5 as this is the most popular metric thread and would make finding lugnuts to work with any wheels easier. (my $.02)

Well small change in plans. They will now be steel for availability price and strength. Hoping to get started with the CNC soon. I will keep you posted.

For me I would set it up for studs. The offset I will be getting will be kinda weird so i will have to most likely get some special ordered.

Where do these stand? Are you making any yet? I need a couple of 1/2" thick spacers for a 4x114.3mm pattern.

Thanks,
Rich

I'm interested. I'd like to know how they turn out and what cost would be. But, you have a customer here.

adapters

Will you be makeing any to go from 4 on 110 to 5 on 100?
This would allow for use of common FWD 35 to 40 mm offset wheels . thickness of 20 or 25 mm should work for most.

Well here is the most recent update which isnt much. I gave them to my friend who is a machinist a week ago from last friday and the machines havent been open but the test oes should be done any day now. And i just pulled my motor in 4 hours and i worked for the last 2 hours alone including pulling it out. Time for the rebuild even though i only have 3000 miles.... going low compression rotors so i can TURBO!
BTW yes i should be able to make any pattern or width
