Wheel offset question

Found a nice set of wheels and the price is right( free) but I'm wondering if they will fit. The guy says they are 4x114.3 +45mm offset. Will that fit? What is the offset on a set of stock se wheels?

Stock is 40mm for the -SE. What size are the wheels? The only issue you might run into is in the front, depending on what springs you're running the tire may rub. Also depending on how wide they are, they may look a little to tucked in.
