Wheel center cap question...

I am going to replace my center caps with new ones on my 1984 GSL and I was wondering if there was a way to do it WITHOUT removing all the wheels and popping them from the inside?

Yes... these are the original aluminum wheels that are on the car. Nothing, just a pain... not sure if they can pop out from the front?
