What's up with this?

The seller is calling it an SE, but it doesn't have the SE bolt pattern. 13B swap perhaps?

looks like a gs to me , it has the same emblem as my 84 gs (which to me doesnt look much like a gsl-se to me)

But it is considerd a minor repair which can be conduted even by somebody who has no experience with body repair
