What seats to choose

I have FD seats in the FB, but I am thinking of trying to keep the car stock. and bringing it back to showroom/ original. should I keep the FD seats or put in the FB seats.

thanks

What color interior do you have?

I have mint condition Series 2 black seats I'd be willing to sell/trade. I want to purchase a Corbeau Legacy seat.

What kind of shape is the car in? And is it more important to you to have it stock or tuned to your preferences? For me I want something custom and eventually I will pick-up a stock 7 in good shape...

Seriously though I wouldn't mind buying them from you if you want to sell them. Can you take pics of them even if your not going to sell them? Thanks.

Seat bracket dimensions?

I want to replace my series 1 (SA) seats because they're old and worn out. What are the dimensions of the seat brackets so I know what I can put in? I assume all Gen 1 seats will fit in the same body, but will Gen 2 or 3 seats fit in as well?

Mine is pretty stock, did the rats nest (noticed no difference) and I need to swap engines so I may not do it again. 8 years ago I happened a chance to ride in a TII conversion. I wanted to do this and the only turboed first gens I knew of was David Lanes and Mark's car. anyways I had not been finacially able to do this. I had a IMSA (mazda factory) front end but decided against it and sold it locally. The point is now everyone is working on a turbo. or a modded FB. It seems that even the good looking stock cars are showing age, and the modded cars are sweet but I feel that there should be a few restored FBs to carry the torch under the stock banner.

I don't race, well I have done some drags, but it really bores me. I cant afford to get to crazy on the road. I almost got all the tickets off the record. Speed cost money... blah blah blah... Im going to leave that to the rest of you. I will be representing Mazda in classic car shows. after all it is it's silver anniversery!

God those seats are sexy....

How much did you pay for them? What do they normally go for? What is involved in getting them into an FB?
