What do you mean you can't get stock coils. Are you running the ECU for your specified TII swap?

If so, they are all the same from 86-91 whether N/A or Turbo.

Stock FC coils are adequate to over 500HP and they are availible anywhere and anytime.

If you can't get them, then a pair of regular barrel style coils wired in parallel to an MSD6 box, will work just as well. This is the same configuration that is used by many 1st gen guys doing a direct fire, wasted spark setup......which is a copy of the stock, 2nd gen ignition system.
