what/how to remove airpump GSL-SE
i searched on how to remove the air pump and all associated things on my GSL-SE and only came up with vague responses like remove airpump.
no kidding?
what i would like to know is if anyone has removed it and the egr thing or what ever it is that the hose connects to on the LIM. what else will i have to do to take it off and block up the side of the LIM. will i have to do anything with the rats nest?
i don't have to worry about emissions and the car came with a RB cat replacement pipe on it.
thanks in advance

if I remember correctly, remove the egr/acv and block it off, then you'll just have a plug which gets taped away. The acv has a silencer and some plastic tubes which you can also chuck. The airpump I kept on to operate the 6 ports but you can remove it and tie the 6-ports always open. The airpump has 2 bolts to undo and a belt. But it's wise to run a dual alternator pully or you'll have the belt slipping at high rpm's because of the missing airpump.
The rats nest has a proper proceedure, hopefully someone else can help you with that.
The airpump gets it's air from the airbox so you'll have to seal the box aswell.
