what fuel pump would be the best

hey guys i searched and i couldn't find what i was looking for
my question is what fuel pump and regulator will i need to get i just bought a OER 45 i was wondering if the stock pump might put out enough or if i need to get a better one also would i need to upgrade the fuel lines(bigger) its for a stock port 12a in a 1982 i am trying to get off as cheap as possible but i don't want to forfet any power or have driveability problems either

I used a Carter pump with my Mikuni's and had no issues...

The standard seems to be a Holley 1-4 PSI regulator and Carter 7lb Pump. That's what I have.
