anyone know where I can get some sort of rack and pinion mod for my 82?

I am building my car and need it to be stable at high speeds. I dislike the wonder steering system that comes stock. any help would be appreciated. if not i'll just have to keep looking around.

 

CP Racing was known for ripping people off and making sub-standard parts which they wouldn't send out for months after ordering.

Their Rack and Pinion kit sucked hardcore.

They went out of business.

Thankfully, ReSpeed makes an AMAZING Rack and Pinion conversion kit.
