Jetting, modified for oil injection, block off power valves. That is all I know of. Holleys like open plenum manifolds, but somehow they mod them to accept individual runner manifolds. I would like to know more, but it seems like a huge secret.

I think opening the air bleeds is one of the biggest things they do? The Holley's get really rich up in the rpms, and by opening the air bleeds it will lean out the high rpms.

I don't think that what they do actually adds that much value to the carb...they are extremely overpriced. My holley 600 works fine on my blowthrough tII, and it wasn't modified by RB, I did modifications myself for free.

It is not what they physically do to the carb, it is all the time and effort over the years of testing and tuning to figure out what works best. I am not trying to defend them just stateing what has been stated to me before?
