I have some pics on the way of my TII swap (photo CDs take forever)

so far I have been painting everything either flat black, leaving cast alluminum parts the way they are.

so far the brake booster, vapor canister, radiator support, oil filler, pulleys, and some other small parts have been painted black.

when I get the turbo and intercooler piping hooked up heres what I want to paint.
intercooler pipes, air filter pipe and exhaust housing will be flat black. along with the N/a TB elbow. with black silicon couplers.
the OBX manifold and SS exhaust will be polished up. the compressor housing will remain untouched, with a Blitz SUS Airfilter, with a black shroud in the corner.

I might paint the BOV flat black also.

Im looking for a really subtle/factory looking apperance to everything.

what do think

My engine swap is going to be the "Storm Trooper" theme as dubbed by ioTus. I want to have a semi stock look to it, but have some "fun" mixed in, so Im doing mine gloss black, and gloss white. It will also go well with the gloss white car with black tint windows and gunmetal wheels when Im done . So, Im prepared to need to clean my engine a lot because a lot of it will be white under the hood, lol.

I want mine to look similar to this, but Im doing it "my way". The only real similarities between what I will do and what this guy did is mine is a white car as is his, and my color scheme is white and black as is his.

EDIT: Heres a quick Photochop of what I want the outside to look like with the wheels, tires, and stance minus the tinted windows (I forgot to do them).

Sounds a lot like my car under the hood I went with semi-gloss on everything that I painted black. I sandblasted the intake manifold then clearcoated it. I like the "factory" look also, it's like it's supposed to look that way or something.
