What do y'all use for the interior?

I want to spruce up the 20 year old interior, clean the carpets and put something (besides armor-all) on the dash to make it look better. What stuff you guys use?

if u want to take the carpets out u can spray them in a Carpet Dye. and they come up like new..
with all the plastic parts they can be given a very light sand (dont want to scrach em) and sprayed in some flexable plastic and bumber paint.
whats the state of ur dash? just sun faded or cracked?

Just a bit faded, nothing really bad. Not sure I want to mess with the paint deal (but I will if it's really worth it) is there a brand of stuff to help the plastic parts?

My dash was perfect, so I just use diluted simple green to clean it. You dont really want to use Armor all, as it will eventually lead to your dash drying out. search here for more info:

However, my console was brittle faded and cracked, so I took a weekend and took care of it...

VHT paints are great for this kind of stuff

if u dont wana do that, then u could aways just rub some dye into them to bring back some colour?

the paint is worth it if u really want all the colour and shine back..

but all depnds on how much time you have.

Check out this thread.

Armor all will eventually dry out and need to be reapplied, vegetable oil will work also, but again, will eventually dry out also. -WG
