What to do...what to do...what to do with these damn mirrors. Paint?

I broke off one of my mirrors the other day when a deer ran into my car, basterd. No damage becides the mirror thank god. So i got-to-thinking. what should i do. The other side is so faded that it makes me sick to my stomach. i just picked up one new one, mismatched colour ofcourse, (orange) and i was wondering..hmm...stock colour or new colour.

Elk valley chrome will do them up for about 50 bucks, thats actually not too bad. I was thikning about doing them up chrome, becides the obvious downside to scratches and glare, i believe they would look actually prety good. I dont want to be too rice tho. They would match the other misc chrome parts on my car. ie. trim, under hood components.

Either the chrome idea or im going with a near stock colour, or flat black. what should i chose guys?

btw the colour of the car is midnight silver or whatever.

why did you put stock "silver grey" stock is suppose to be black. if you do them chrome on a silver car it won't be that noticable (depending on the shade of grey obviously) really the choise of your and reading from some of your previous threads, you're a little rebelious agaisnt ideas which might lead me to think you'll do them chrome because thats probably the one that people will go against the most, Glossy black might be the best way of doing it though thats the real stock color.

Definately NOT chrome. Not enough other external chrome peices. I would go with either semi-flat black or silver that *matches* the rest of the car (use your paint code). The only other alternative I think would look OK is a grey that matches the wheels. But then if you change the wheels...

yeah i was planning on changing the rim colour anyways. I just wanted to paint them white. White mirrors...not a good plan. But yeah, black sounds good so far.
