What do i have to do to make my head lights go up halfway????

What do i have to do to make my head lights go up halfway????
Id like to know the ins and outs of how to make my head lights go up halfway.Do i have to change the motor i have no idea what to do????

its called the "sleepy eye" look or conversion. I THINK there have been a thread or 2 on how to do it. Ill try and search for them in a bit (dial up = aggravation).

damnit my ricer power must be too strong, i followed above instructions and ended up with a crx instead of sleepy eyes
