what to do
My mom has had a 1983 Rx7 in the drive way for years,i just started it up recently ive heard that your supposed to put some oil into the carb so i did and it started right up. A friend of mine was telling me to bolt in a turbo 2 from a later model rx7 will it work?? What other things can i do to the car to tune it up and getting it to run better??

...well, for starters, rather than concerning yourself with swapping engines, do exactly what you said: tune it up and get it to run better! 
(ie. do a full tuneup, replace the filters, change the fluids, get everything working the way it is supposed to work...)
