I like the rusty iron and tarnished aluminum. And ya dont have to clean it to keep it looking like that.

Done professionally? About $300 for the front cover and rotor housings. If you do the plates as well, expect to be around $600 total. I'm sure you could find a back-yard powdercoater that could save you a lot of money, but if any mistakes are made it could just end up looking bad and/or cost you more in the end.
