what causes?

what causes a lean mixture on a gsl-se?
i got a led autometer and at idle it has about three red bars lite. when i am just driving around i have about two red,and three amber lite. wot two red and two amber. thanks for all the past help.
the meter was working for about a week, wot rich. decel. lean, and in close loop mode while cruzin.
mods
rb exhaust with block off plate
bones filter adapter ( cone)


i need all the help i can get

not seeing the problem. the meter only worked for a week? you say it is running lean but then you say its rich at wot and lean on decel. well that makes sense as on decel you shut of the fuel. so its going to naturally go lean. but thats a contradiction to say its lean but rich but lean. or maybe i'm reading it worng an dthe coffee hasn't kicked in this morning.

i have no idea about to purple bars and a few green since i never owned one myself.

what i wanted to say is a week ago it was running like it should. now the ****** is running lean all the time. no matter if it is at idle or wot. cruzin it is at two red bars and two amber bars, the harder i push the throttle the leaner it gets. any answers are greatly appreciated
