Went for the electric...

It appears the only place I can get a fan clutch is Mazda....I don't think so!...I'm not happy mounting the fan to the radiator core with those "wire ties" things, so I'll fabricate some struts that will bolt on in the shroud holes...BTW...Should I put the shroud back on with the 'lectric? (I think so)....Also, how close to the radiator core must I keep the fan unit (I'm concerned my struts idea could pull the fan too far back from the rad?) Any thought appreciated!

An early 90's for Taurus fan will fit perfectly and comes with it's own shroud. Cheap too...
