UPS brought my new RB 3in down pipe.

I am just itching to get my motor back, I have just about everything I need to get it running.

This weekend I will be installing new slotted, drilled, and zinc coated brake rotors. I 'll post more pics on sunday night.

so far so good. I wish I had the fundage to do a project like this. Cars are a great hobby just make sure you keep the car and treasure it after you are done with it. Some get sick of it over time and then are forced to sell it for a fraction of what they have put into it only to regret selling it.

Keep up the good work and keep posting the pictures as you progress through your project!

There never was a Jspec TII engine, the 13B Turbo was the same regardless of the market.

Why there are so many imported second hand turbo engines is as that only turbo engined Gen 2 cars were sold in Japan. As they are scrapped many of the engines are exported at a cheap price to the USA and used to up date gen 1s. In Japan there is simply no demand for gen 1s unless they are a genuine 12A T and that is Jspec as they were only sold in Japan.

Very nice, I love TII FBs, that will be one fast bastard. I live down here by Venice and I know there is a bunch more rx7's around here. Every other week a bunch 7's meet up in Tampa, you will have to attend sometime. Very nice ride, can't wait to see it with the motor in.

Also stripped off the 20 year old window tint. I used tint remover I bought from Advance auto parts and this stuff kicks ***!! I was dreading doing this but after soaking it for 30mins covered with a plastic sheet, it all pulled off in one big sheet.

Fitted up the new radiator today. I took the three pieces that mount the rad and had them stripped with a glass bead blaster and repainted.
