Weird wires in engine bay

Weird wires in engine bay

Looking at my engine bay I have 2 blue wires, both have 90* female spade
connects on one end, and on the other there is a female on one and male on the
other. They were taped up by themselves with the 90* spades on one side. Any
idea what they could be? I thought it would have been the horns but the FSM says
otherwise (and found my horn wires).

headlight washer wires maybe. mine had some "extra" wires like that too. I don't remember the colors though, I pulled em out when I deloomed.
