webers and rear end questions.

I have a couple of questions for the smart guys out there. I just picked up an 82 RX7. It has a street ported 12 A with a custom long primary header and a "Rotary Engineering" dual weber 36dcd carb setup. It also has tockico shocks and stiffer, lower springs. Ok here goes the questions.

Carbs:
The engine is running extremely rich. Do any of you guys know where I can get a tuning kit and advice for the setup for these carbs?

The carbs each have an oil injection tube going into them that appears to have two large of a jet or something because it is dumping a LOT of oil into those carbs. Do you know how to tune this down a little?

Rear end:

The car goes like stink but under hard acceleration it feels like the rear is turning the car slightly. In order to go straight I need to adjust the position of the steering wheel depending on whether I am hard on the gas or not. The rear end also makes noises while turning? Any ideas, Could something be loose or maybe a worn bearing?

How is your setup treating you.
Mine is running really rich and loads up at stoplight sometimes. but it makes great top end power. Do you know what you are using for jets and emulsion tubes?
Thanks for the tip.
