Weber Question

I have the opportunity to pick up a Weber IDF 36 carb for $150. Now I know these are hard to come by and supposedly the best ones to use on a rotary.
What I need to know is:
Do I use the same mounting harware as the DCOE carbs?
If the mounting hardware is different where can I get it?
How much better are these than the DCOE series?

Thats should cover the basics, thanks all.

I think a single 36 is going to be too small. I believe Mazda Racing screwed up and sent me a 48DCOE, so I'm not complaining.
