I'm wondering if Dual Weber Downdraft ICT carbs in 34mm size will supply my stock 12a with enough fuel?

The manifold is simple enough to build, but I'm worried at high RPM's running Lean, or having trouble with getting the motor to idle on them.

Is it too small of a diameter?
