Weber 48 IDA woes...

Yesterday we got a new fuel pump and regulator installed for a weber 48 IDA and the pressure is set to 4 psi. I know that there is fuel getting to the carb since when we opened it up, the float bowl was full. Now my question is, why aren't any of the jets pushing fuel? The only one that is giving any gas is the pump jet. Last night i did some reading and I did find that i had the Idle screw (opens butterflys) in too far, so would this cause my problem? I also played with the idle mixture screw and set it to begin with at 1 rotation clockwise from all the way in. In the carb i have 37MM ventries, 180 main jet, 160 air jet, F-11 e-tube, and 70F10 idle jets. Any help will be great since the car is so close to getting finished! Thanks!

we got it started. Vaccuum leak was the demon. now the fun starts with tuning it. As of now, the rear rotor is running lean because the exhaust header was bright red, but the front rotor was fine so i just adjusted the idle mixture screw for that rotor and it helped. BUT DAMN that **** is so much faster than it was before!! I'm gonna love driving it when it is fully tuned! RX7s RULE!!!@ Pictures to come soon!
