Wear tolerances on rotor housing and intermediate housing

I will hopefully be getting my hands on a magnetic dial indicator to find out how deep the grooves are on the intermediate housing aswell as the rotor housing.

I need to know what the tolerances are.

Also, on the sides of the rotor housing (near the orange seals) there is a little bit of rust, is this ok?

How can I clean the rotor housings and the intermediate housings (the chromed side) without damaging the finish?

also, any tips on cleaning the outside of the engine components? I am planning on sticking to a color scheme for the engine bay.

And one last question, if i match up the parts that i need to the mazda factory part numbers, will the still be available from a dealer?

and a little side note, I pulled my seats today and found the ORIGINAL key under the velcro strap on the passenger side, pretty cool if you ask me.

cheers'
