wat to fill a stripped car with

im "getting" a stripped car 1980 1st gen.. so im wondering what upgrades should i do.

could i put a new dash in from another car??
the engine is going to be swapped..so any funky ideas lemme know

Fd dash has kind of cheesy materials. For some reason Mazda thinks their sports cars interiors should look like they came from Toys Я US. The seats are so-so.
