Warning Buzzer

Hi folks, just a quick question this afternoon.

What would make the warning buzzer come on even though there are no warning lights on the dash? I've heard this twice, and no - I've not redlined it!

Once when it was ungodly hot outside, the buzzer came on when the coolant was halfway, No warning lights or over heat lights and stayed until until was parked for a few hours, then never came back

Last night, it rained heavily and this morning the buzzer is back, at start up. Drove it for a few minutes, and the buzzer started to sound sick like it was dying and then shut up.

Bad ground? I'm confused, since theres no warning lights anywhere. Thoughts?

Check the oscillator its in front of the battery. It says oscillator on it so its hard to miss. Some times when it gets wet it acts up. It controls the warning sounds. Unplug it and clean it and see what happens also when you put it back water proof it so it dosen't happen again.

That makes sense crazy, because the day it was stupid hot I gave the rx7 a bath.. I'll find it and see if sealing it makes a difference. Thanks!!
