This happens as soon as I start the engine - could be a gremlin! - where under the dash is the buzzer? I need to remove it!

There was this annoying buzzer that wouldn't go away on me once. I *think* it was for leaving the key in the ignition w/the car off....???? (GSL-SE) I'm not too sure what it did trying to think back now but I know it was located on the ignition cylinder. There was this small white push button right were the key entered that was easily unstuck, ringing went away. Hopefully it's the same problem for you b/c it was a easy fix. Just be careful removing the steering surround plastic, they're old and break easy if you don't put the right screws back where they belong.

Run a search using the term "Oscillator". Fairly common issue.
