want to change rims over to gsl-se. do you have to change the brakes to get mounted

I have a basic model that I have been adding things for the past five years to upgrade. Want to get a set of gsl-se rims but don't know for sure if the bolt pattern is the same or not. \
I know that the brakes are different due to part numbers and the wheel studs on the rotors.
want to know if the rotors are the same diameter or if there is a difference?
same wheel bearings? does the calliper mount the same or does it use somthing different?
On the rear axles what changes? I have a disc rearend from a gsl.
