Victoria British - front valance
I cracked my front valance the other day so I have to get a new one. while I was looking around for one I looked at Vic Brit and they have them at $274.95 U.S., Then I checked out the price through my local mazda dealership and the price was $98.00 Cdn. Is the Vic Brit valance a better piece or do they just jack up there price that much? Are all there 1st gen parts that over priced?
Thanks
Thanks

I purchased the 79-80 from Victoria British for $30. It is one peice all metal and painted black. Compaired to the original two peice steel and one peice rubber lower trim. The trim peice was missing on my car.
I was curious about the price difference and almost thought it was not the part that I thought it was. But it was what I wanted. They must have a surplus of the 79-80 valances.

Do you mean the UPPER valence Between the headlights? $80 for that from Mazda would be a great deal! Buy it!! Vic Br sells that as well as the lower valence (under the fr. bumper of the 79-80 RX7) but their version is the "original" 1-piece version the early 78-production RX7s had. All metal and easily damaged. v2 was 3 separate pieces, but the spoiler-part was still metal (now a separate $25 part, if still available). v3 was still 3-piece but the spoiler is urethane plastic and therefore flexible. This final version of the spoiler-only is about... $90+ now.
