Just did the carl-pratch emissions removal - front of engine-fan pulley assembly seems to vibrate especially at higher rpm hadn't noticed the problem before- re assembly after addition of special belt seemed straight forward but asssembly seems to wobble- bolts are tight- does something need to be balanced?

found the problem -cracked fan blade I found it when I removed the fan the second time
